Thin Recessed diffuser covers manufactured from polycarbonate for strength and durability. Available in Clear or Opal, suitable for Thin Recessed LED Profiles. The clear diffuser cover is to the left in the main product image, and the opaque cover is to the right. The Opal cover reduces bright spots of light to give a more even illumination of the diffuser cover.

Please note, that the diffuser cover does not include the aluminium channel, end caps or LED Strip Light. These items are available to buy separately.

Aluminium LED Profile (Extrusion) suitable for LED Strip up to 12mm wide. Manufactured from high quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised coating.

Our Thin Recessed LED Aluminium Profile can be used with any of our LED strip lights. LED Profiles make an LED strip installation more professional. They also help to protect LED strip from physical damage and act as a heat sink to maintain LED life. With a choice of diffuser cover (clear or opaque), the appearance of the light can be selected.

For customers who require longer lengths, simply butt the aluminium profiles together to make the required length. Installation is designed to be as simple as possible.

This profile is ideal for recessing into a surface. We recommend using an 18mm router bit and cutting 7-8mm deep. It's usually preferable to bond the aluminium in place.
