Aluminium LED Profile (Extrusion) suitable for LED Strip up to 12mm wide. Manufactured from high-quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised coating.

Our 'Floor Mounted' aluminium LED channel can be used with all our LED strip lights. This profile is designed for use in flooring. It's built to be stronger than our other profiles and is available with a thick polycarbonate diffuser cover.

The diffuser covers are manufactured from polycarbonate for strength, making them suitable for use in flooring. The cover is slightly frosted with a polished surface. It reduces bright spots of light to give a more even illumination on the diffuser cover.

Installation is designed to be as simple as possible. The aluminium profile can be bonded into place.

Aluminium LED Profile (Extrusion) suitable for LED Strip up to 12mm wide. Manufactured from high-quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised coating.

This aluminium Extrusion is designed to be recessed into a surface and is ideal for providing a downlight. The profile is often recessed into a wall and is used as a skirting board, lighting towards the floor.

This 'wall recessed profile' can be used with any of our LED strip lights. It's supplied in a satin aluminium finish but can be painted on installation to match the wall finish. The aluminium acts as a heat sink to maintain the LED life. With a choice of diffuser cover (clear or opaque), the appearance of the light can be selected.

When installing, simply butt the aluminium channels together to make the required length. Installation is designed to be as simple as possible. The aluminium profile is usually bonded in place to complete the installation.

Aluminium LED Profile (Extrusion) suitable for LED Strip up to 14mm wide. Manufactured from high-quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised coating.

Our Super Slim Flexible LED Profiles can be used with any of our LED strip lights (except IP68 versions).

LED profiles provide protection while also acting as a heat sink to help maintain the LED life. It also gives the LED strip a more professional touch.

The aluminium is flexible enough to go around a corner as tight as 50mm in radius. We recommend bending the aluminium with the diffuser cover inserted to avoid kinking.

Multiple lengths simply butt together. Mounting brackets can be used to bridge the join. Also if a diffuser cover is used, it can be staggered in order to cover the join. Mounting clips are sold separately; alternatively, bond the aluminium profile or use double-sided tape.

This profile is ideal for recessing into a surface. We recommend using an 18mm router bit and cutting 7-8mm deep. It's usually preferable to bond the aluminium in place.

Manufactured from high-quality Aviation 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised coating.

Our 'Plaster In' aluminium profile has been specially designed to suit LED strips up to 12mm wide. It can be used with all our LED strip lights. The profile recesses 11mm into the wall making it suitable for UK dry wall or ceiling boards.

Diffuser covers are available in clear or Opaque, suitable for Plaster In LED Profile. The clear cover lets through more light, the opaque cover reduces the spots of light to give a more even illumination across the diffuser cover.

This profile gives a very minimalist lighting effect, once installed the aluminium profile isn't seen.

The aluminium profile can be bonded or stapled in place, then plastered over.
