Programmed to light up individual stair treads in sequence from either top to bottom, or bottom to top, depending which way you walk.

One PIR sensor is situated at the top of the stair case and the other at the bottom. If the bottom one is activated, the stair treads will light from the bottom to the top. The 2 stringers will also light from the bottom to the top. If the top PIR sensor is activated, the stair treads will illuminate from top to bottom, as will the 2 stringers.

The controller has the capacity to control 36 individual stair tread and both the left and right stringer. The stair treads are only available in single colours such as White, Red, Blue, Green or Pink. The stringers have a digital SPI connection to control the flow of the LED strip lights.

The controller can alter the length of time the LEDs are illuminated for and the speed at which the stairs will illuminate. Please see the data sheet for full installation and user instructions.

A low voltage power supply is required to power this dimmer and the lights it controls. We offer a range of Standard switching power supplies. This comes as the reomte only. Multiple P5 receivers can be paired to one han set, meaning LED strip installed in different locations can all be controlled from one hand set.

Wall mounted remote control holder included.

The remote has 3 scene buttons; select a light level, hold one of the scene save buttons for 2 seconds; the light level is saved for future recall.

Strong radio frequency signal ensures a control distance up to 30m from remote to receiver. 'Line of sight? isn't required - the receiver can be hidden out of sight.

Up to 5m of 12V LED strip or 10m of 24V LED strip can be connected in series with this dimmer. Additional LED strips could be connected in parallel providing the capacity of the dimmer isn't exceeded.
